Tacit enables internal and external experts to efficiently capture, retain, and disseminate tacit knowledge. This involves documenting knowledge, experience, relationships, and instincts acquired throughout their professional journey.

Tacit Remote Guidance:

• Tacit Expert facilitates real-time audio, video, and data interactions for teams through Broadcast Sessions. Users can create persistent public or private Channels to group individuals based on common topics like work sites, projects, asset locations, specialized experts, etc. Channels can be public (open to all) or private (accessible by invitation). Participants within the Channels can exchange audio and video streams. Each user can select which participant's camera feed or stream they want to view, including feeds from user devices, fixed location cameras, drones, or robots.

Cross-Platform Communication:

• Facilitates communication across various mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables.

Tacit Intelligent Search:

• Tacit Intelligent Search offers a precise search service that allows users to search unstructured data using natural language and AI. It provides specific answers to queries, aiming to simulate interactions with a human expert. The system is highly scalable and meets enterprise-grade security requirements.
• Users can access corporate documents and previously recorded broadcast sessions through a user-friendly natural language interface. Natural language search queries are applicable to all connected data sources, including transcribed broadcast sessions.
• Compatibility: Supports multiple document sources such as Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, Documentum, and common office-related formats like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, HTML, and plain text. Additionally, it includes transcribed broadcast sessions as an added data source.
